what areas do you serve?
We do not provide janitorial, sanitation, personal care, babysitting, catering, or bartending services. We can refer clients to businesses that provide these services.
Are there any services you do not provide?
We provide individual quotes for each event but our clients can expect our services to start at $150 per hour.
How much are services?
Although we have been offered referral bonuses from vendors, we do not accept them. Why?
It's important to us that we maintain our objectivity when assembling a dream team.
We pride ourselves on referring clients to vendors that will be a great fit, be in budget, and be available.
Our clients stay confident that their wedding planning is free of biased referrals.
Do you receive compensation from vendors when you refer them to clients?
Absolutely. Our staging services are available on an hourly basis and include two stagers. We are happy to decorate using your own decor or our rentals.

Do you offer decorating and staging services?
Yes, there are two ways you can preview our blooms! You can order a preview pack and sample two bridesmaid bouquets, two centerpieces, or one of each. Preview packs are shipped via ground transit service, with an estimated delivery date that is not guaranteed. Preview packs are intended for in-home trials, not for special events. If you would like to view our products for an event please place an order for a regular rental to ensure on-time delivery. Or you can visit one of our retail partners near you to see a bridal bouquet in store.
CAN I SEE A SAMPLE IN PERSON BEFORE I ORDER?
If your floral designed allows outside floral arrangements, we will work in with them to bring your vision to life. Our white glove service is exclusively available through our partnership with Something Borrowed Blooms.
What are the perks of working with a wedding planner?
If a product is not returned or is returned damaged beyond easy repair, you are responsible for 300% of the rental cost of that item. This will be charged to the payment card on file. Decor Sets consisting of the main product with an added item (ex: candlestick with a candle/lantern with a candle/votive holder with tealight candle) will be marked as a COMPLETE return when ALL components of the set are received. The customer will be responsible for any component not returned and will be subject to fees of 300% of the rental costs for the main item and hard cost for the added item. (Example: Tealight: $1, Taper: $4, Pillar (SM): $5, Pillar (LG): $5)
What happens if an arrangement is damaged?
Yes, for a small fee, we can organize a preview pack be sent directly to you. We will also show you detailed photos and work closely with you during the selection process to ensure you love your choices. Preview packs are NOT eligible for a refund once the order has been placed. Please keep your preview pack for the full 4-day rental period and return to your local FedEx facility on the 5th day. Preview packs are shipped via ground transit service, with an estimated delivery date that is NOT guaranteed. Preview packs are intended for in-home trials, not for special events. If you would like to view our products for an event please place an order for a regular rental to ensure on-time delivery.
Can we see the arrangements before our wedding?
We recommend booking 4-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (June-October).
