Tucked into the historic charm of Manchester, Vermont, Meghan and Conor’s September wedding at the Equinox Golf Resort & Spa was romantic and refined. With mountain views, sweeping lawns, and a candlelit reception, this wedding embodied timeless New England elegance.

We were thrilled to bring Meghan and Conor’s vision to life. It was full of meaningful moments, elevated florals, and a celebration true to their style.

A Ceremony on the Lincoln Lawn

Meghan and Conor exchanged vows on the Lincoln Lawn beneath a crisp autumn sky. They stood framed by symmetrical floral urns and ground blooms. The floral design gave the illusion of flowers growing from the earth.

Guests watched from rows of white chairs. The ceremony included classical music, ending with Meghan’s entrance to Bruce Springsteen’s “Thunder Road.”

A friend officiated the ceremony. Their dog Gus, in a greenery collar, made an adorable appearance. The ceremony florals were later repurposed for the reception—beautiful and sustainable.

A Cocktail Hour in the Open Air

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour behind the lawn. High-top tables with candlelight created a welcoming atmosphere.

Custom cocktail napkins added a personal touch to the drink service. Soft floral accents brought color to the bar and food stations.

The vibe was elevated, relaxed, and in harmony with the landscape.

A Reception in the Colonnade Ballroom

The Colonnade Ballroom combined black-tie elegance with heartfelt joy. Fifteen guest tables had white linens and varied floral centerpieces.

Tall glass vases and low compote bowls added depth. Black napkins folded with white menus brought structure to each place setting.

The head table featured a greenery and floral garland with floating and pillar candles. Framed family wedding photos decorated the guest book table.

Every detail felt intentional and timeless.

A Sweet & Joyful Finish

Instead of a traditional cake, guests enjoyed a Ben & Jerry’s cart and cannoli table. The Sultans performed live and kept the dance floor full.

From the first look to the final dance, the celebration felt thoughtful, elegant, and joyful.
