How often/when can I change my order?
We know all too well how often your decor needs change while wedding planning. We allow changes up to two weeks before the event. Changes to numbers of items cannot exceed a 10 percent decrease to the number without prior discussion with Assorted Artistries.
Assorted Artistries cannot guarantee inventory for any increases after the initial reservation.
How much is the order deposit?
We require a 50 percent nonrefundable retainer. The final balance must be paid 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation date and is non-refundable.

What happens after I submit my order?
- Assorted Artistries will review your order and add delivery costs, if applicable.
- You’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and submit 50% non-refundable retainer for order
- Complete the agreement and send the retainer
- You’re Booked!
Will you install or stage the decorations and rentals?
Our professional installation and styling is always available and sometimes required for our more intricate pieces.
After we receive your order we will contact you with a quote for the amount of time needed for installation, based upon the information shared at the time of the order. This is subject to change if the location or scope of installation changes. Staging of personal decorations that are not part of the Assorted Artistries collection is also available.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated after you submit your Wishlist. Factors that affect delivery fees include location of the event/venue, size of the items on the order, and how many items are ordered.
Is there a minimum order?

Our order minimum is $200 for delivery. There isn’t an order minimum for pick up orders. There isn’t an order minimum for pick up orders at our showroom – 31 Durkee St. Plattsburgh, NY.
Do you do custom orders?
Some of our favorite pieces are because our clients showed us their inspiration! So yes, we’d love to expand our inventory with a custom piece that was truly just for you.
