Why wedding planning? There are many reasons why I began Assorted Artistries but one specific memory that always springs to mind. budget

Picture it. Fall 2008. My wedding day. After a year of planning, distributing a carefully thought out timeline, and surrounding myself with my favorite people the inevitable happened.  Nothing went as planned. The most vivid memory? Standing in the bridal suite, with my dress on and realizing I did not have any makeup on.  At that moment I realized it didn’t matter how carefully I planned my wedding, if there wasn’t someone there to carry it through, the day was just a bride herding cats. 

This experience created a strong understanding of why a wedding planner should be a non-negotiable vendor for your special occasion.  So why Assorted Artistries?  Here are our favorite reasons  you should say “Yes” to us:
